Become a mentor for a migrant worker!

The project “Welcome Package” has a net resource for migrant workers from Poland and Lithuania, and mentors are recruited locally. The mentor’s task is to contribute to a faster integration of the migrant worker into the new work and daily life in the country of destination. Training can take place already in the homeland and after moving abroad.

To assist mentors, a mentor’s guidebook has been produced to help mentors in their work.

Training courses for possible mentors are held, and the website www.workmobility.eu supports mentors in their work, since it contains modules for language training and many useful links about Norwegian, Danish and Scottish culture and society.
