FILO
Foundation of Local and Educational Initiatives
FILO is a social development foundation that aims to: develop people’s skills and professional qualifications to address long-term and sustained unemployment; facilitate the development of a knowledge society by promoting modern teaching methods; and promote intellectual and organizational growth by supporting the local society and promoting social partnerships.
As partner in the project Welcome Package for Migrant Workers we can help potential work migrants if you with the challenges of
- finding information for preparing you for working and staying abroad
- finding a mentor for the learning materials provided on this webpage
- getting access to relevant facebook groups
Likewise, foreign employers are invited to contact us if they are looking for Polish employees for their companies abroad.

EURES
EURES is the network of public employment services and their partners on the EU labour market, aiming job placement and informing on living and working conditions.
What can EURES do for you?
The purpose of EURES is to provide information, advice and recruitment/placement (job-matching) services for the benefit of workers and employers as well as any citizen wishing to benefit from the principle of the free movement of persons.
EURES has a human network of more than 700 EURES advisers that are in daily contact with jobseeker and employers across Europe.

Mentor program
A good opportunity to receive first-hand help is to sign up for the mentoring program initiated by the Welcome Package for Migrant Workers. Mentors in the country you want to migrate to, will assist you in completing the online language course. They will also help you finding your way in the new country.
