Is a non-profit, non-government organization, operating in the field of employment, internship, informal adult education, consulting and research.
ERCC is giving these services:
. Providing the society with employment services.
. Assisting business companies with staff selection.
. Organising internships for youth, students, teachers and business companies.
. Organizing courses, workshops and seminars for business enterprises, non-governmental organizations and individuals on different topics.
. Implementing applied scientific and research activities.
. Taking part in national and international projects in the field of elderly employees, migrant workers and consumers' rights.

In the project "Welcome Package for Migrant Workers" ERCC will:
. gather mentors and organize courses for them in order to provide migrants with professional advice and assistance;
. collect information about working abroad;
. collect information for foreign companies recruiting Lithuanian workers.
EURES
EURES is cooperation network between the European Commission and the Public Employment Services of European Union countries and Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Other partner organizations (trade unions, employers associations and etc.) also are involed into this network.
EURES totally covers Public Employment Services in 31 country.
The task of EURES is to foster mobility in European labour market.
